The TQC conference registration fee includes access to the scientific program of the conference (invited and contributed talks), conference materials, continental breakfast (Monday – Wednesday), a Poster Session reception on Monday evening, a Conference Dinner on Tuesday evening, an Industry Session on Wednesday evening, and daily coffee breaks.
The NISQ workshop registration fee includes access to invited talks at the workshop, a Poster Session reception on Thursday evening, and daily coffee breaks. Additional guest tickets for the conference dinner on Tuesday, June 4, can be bought during registration for $75.
Cancellation Policy:
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to TQC2019registration@umd.edu.
- Cancellation requests received on or before Monday, May 20, 2019 are refundable, less a fee of $25.
- No refunds will be administered for requests received after Monday, May 20, 2019.
- Substitutions may be permitted at no additional cost provided notification is sent to TQC2019registration@umd.edu prior to the event start date.
